Pencil Shavings Craft - Deep Waters

Don’t throw away pencil shavings after sharpening your pencils! You can use them for many interesting art projects, like this deep water scene we made for our Ocean & Fish box.

You will need:

• a sheet of black paper
• colored pencils and their shavings
• glue

Instructions:

1. Draw some friendly (or scary) deep water creatures.
2. Slowly sharpen your pencils to get nice long shavings.
3. Apply glue to paper and press shavings onto glue. Be careful as pencil shavings are delicate and quite easy to break.
